If you’re not satisfied and wish to cancel your BURSTClub membership for any reason, you can do so in the first 30 days and get your money back. Simply cancel your account from your Member Profile page and send us an email to info@burstclub.com stating the reason why you are requesting a refund. We’ll refund the monthly or yearly recurring fee if you cancel within your first 30 days of service.

If you are requesting a refund for a renewal of an annual membership you will receive only HALF the full refund amount. You have 364 days to cancel an annual membership from your My Account profile page on your member dashboard. We have made it easy for you to manage your account preferences and give complete control over how long you wish to keep your BURSTClub membership.

2. We will provide timely, courteous customer service.
You can expect to hear back from us in 24-48 hours tops. If ever we’re discourteous, or if members’ inquiries are not handled in a timely manner, we encourage our members to let us know. Member comments will help us to better serve them. You can contact us in either of the following ways:

4. We will offer easy-to-understand Club Membership options and provide clear monthly or annual billing.
Our packages are designed to be straightforward. A visit to our website makes it easy to find a package that’s right for you. We aim for the same clarity with our bills. You may view your order history online anytime on your Member Profile page.

5. We will quickly address any problem you experience.

Our systems are running on the most state-of-the-art streaming to insure fast video play so therefore we are unable to account for slow internet speed on behalf of the member.
