Starting with WARM-UP the custom MP3 will take you through the B•U•R•S•T and REST segments and straight into COOL-DOWN by the tempo of the music. You will know exactly what to do and when to do it by the pacing of the song.

B•U•R•S•TClub™ is 3 minutes of actual work. With warm-up and rest included, workout duration is 10-15 minutes.
